Rescheduling an event must occur at least 4 weeks prior to the event date and will be subject to a 10% surcharge from the gross amount. Overtime is $390 per hour, Overtime not booked in advance is not guaranteed; Continuing to overtime depends on the trolley's next event. Overtime will be charged automatically for events which are not completed by the time stated in the reservation.

GPS tracking systems are in use on the trolley. In the unlikely event of lost time, you will be credited with the time lost calculated as the amount of time lost multiplied by the full hourly rate. Customer is responsible for watching their time

thereafter, and Chicago Trolley Rentals decides to continue at their option then contract will be considered rendered services. Backup vehicle will be equivalent to said rented vehicle if needed. By supplying the the required credit card information, over the telephone, via mail and/or online contract submission, contract is considered valid and signed.
