If there are any simple or partial failures of heat, radio, ac, or cd player which do not affect the safe operation of the vehicle
then Second City Trolley / Chicago Rolls Royce limo Rentals or agents thereof will decide whether to continue service and contract will be considered fulfilled.
In the case that an alternate vehicle is provided then the backup vehicle will be equivalent to the rented vehicle if needed.
By supplying the the required credit card information, over the telephone, via mail and/or by online contract submission, contract is considered valid and signed.
