Balance due must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to event day. If event is canceled we will need written cancellation notice by e-mail at least 8 weeks prior to event date or full maximum charges will be applied to credit card on file. YES
Overtime not booked in advance is the amount of time used multiplied by the full hourly rate. In the unlikely event of lost time, you will be credited with the time lost calculated as the amount of time lost multiplied by the full hourly rate. Customer is responsible for watching their contracted time. Customer will automatically be charged for any time used beyond their contracted time. YES
If there are any simple or partial failures of heat, radio, A/C, or CD player, which do not affect the safe operation of the vehicle, Second City Trolley or agents thereof will decide whether to continue service and contract will be considered fulfilled. In the case that an alternate vehicle is provided then the backup vehicle will be equivalent to the rented vehicle, if needed. YES
By supplying the the required credit card information, over the telephone, via mail, and/or by online contract submission, contract is considered valid and signed. YES

We reserve the right to charge a destination fee for the farthest place travelled. If the destination initially provided on the contract changes on the day of the event, additional charges for the new destination will be processed.

Travelling from our destination to your pick-up location is our responsibility to be on time. After you are picked up, we are not responsible for traffic accumulation, if any. You must plan accordingly to accommodate for this.
