| SHORT ITINERARY Don't bring unscheduled passengers. You will be charged a prorated fee of $50 per person. If the trolley does not have the capacity for extra passengers, we won't be able to accomodate those extra guests. Please be sure to choose the right trolley size. Passengers will be counted on site. Gratuity is customary if you are pleased with your driver's services. May be paid directly to driver on the day of your event. If you anticipate having extra passengers than what you originally scheduled, please give us a call the day before, and we can reschedule you with an upsized trolley (P.S. | Overtime is 25 passenger $280, 30 passenger $300, 40 passenger $320 per hour when available. Overtime will be charged automatically for events which are not completed by the time stated in the reservation. GPS tracking systems are in use on the trolley. In the unlikely event of lost time, you will be credited with the time lost calculated as the amount of time lost multiplied by the full hourly rate. Customer is responsible for watching their time. Balance paid by credit card must be paid at least 14 days prior to event day. If customer cancels the event, email cancelation notice must be provided at least 18 days prior to the event date or full maximum charges will be applied to credit card on file. Rescheduling an event must occur at least 14 calendar days prior to the event date and will be subject to a 10% surcharge from the gross amount. |

Nothing outside of the trolley windows, no hanging from overhead rails, all trash must be placed in trash bags, No jumping/dancing/standing on furniture. Failure to obey rules may result in immediate end of trolley ride or a $120 cleaning fee. No smoking on Trolley. Customer is responsible for any damage they cause to the trolley. Customer is responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 consumes alcohol on the vehicle. . |

CANNED BEVERAGES ONLY PLEASE, 750mL or 1.5L bottles with plastic cups are acceptable.. (All trash MUST be placed in supplied trash bags you will be charged $120 for leaving trash loose on the trolley floor) If there is any simple or partial failure of heat, radio, ac, or cd player which do not affect the safe operation of the vehicle then Rental Company or agents thereof will decide whether to continue service and contract will be considered fulfilled. In the case that an alternate vehicle is provided then the backup vehicle will be equivalent to the rented vehicle if needed air conditioner is not guaranteed available for barhopping trolleys. -- -- -- |
