Company is not responsible for any injury to customer resulting from failure of customer to obey rules and regulations. All trash MUST be placed in supplied trash bags you will be charged $120 for leaving trash loose on the trolley floor If there is any simple or partial failure of heat, radio, ac, or cd player which do not affect the safe operation of the vehicle then Rental Company thereof will decide whether to continue service and contract will be considered fulfilled

I agree to the posted trolley rules; NO FOOD, this includes snacks, chips, pretzels, etc. Nothing ouside of the trolley windows, no hanging from overhead rails, all trash must be placed in trash bags, No jumping/dancing/standing on furniture. Failure to obey posted rules may result in immediate end of trolley ride. No smoking on Trolley. Customer is responsible for any damage they cause to trolley. Customer is responsible for ensuring that no person(s) under the age of 21 consumes alcohol on the vehicle.
